THIS IS THE ACT OF SENDING

*THIS IS THE ACT OF SENDING*
It is becoming more hilarious in this dispensation that a minister will just come to you and say come and work with me and he or she have nothing to offer to the person minister have called for work, some will even say I saw you working with me, like God want us to work together in this journey of ministry.

It is fine to say so, but He who call men for His work says He will be with them always and God usually provide for those who He call for His work, for all things work together for good for those who love God, those who are called according to His purpose.

So, if you will wish someone to work under you, hello oo... That Your God that you says He called the person need to provide all what the person need, infact the person must bear witness with you in Spirit that God have called him or her to serve under you.
All this you will work under me says the Lord thy God is a scam at times!

Some people even need building materials for their ministry, they have no time to train men for the mission, some ministers will even give out a task to their disciples which he or she have not train the disciples on it before and want the disciple to carry out the assignment successfully, it is not done that way at all. A leader must understand delegation of work and division of labor.
See, the successful of a task given to a disciples lies 100% on the mentor ability and skills of leadership, you can't give task to a disciple you haven't train on the aspect of the task!

You want a disciple to make a graphic or something things outside the main discipleship training for you then you need to enroll him or her for the course somewhere or you train the disciple on it.
You don't just say I saw you doing this, so go and be doing it, without training! That is out of leadership, the act of sending lies on the foundation of training!
